Let’s talk about burnout – We often hear people say I’m burnt out or it’s too much for me or I’m exhausted or I can’t take on anymore. The reality is this is becoming entirely too common with societal pressures, social media, work, life pressures and the demands of our lives in 2022.
Burnout is a real thing and it’s so easy to feel burnt out in so many areas: work burnout or life burnout or just burned out on everyday tasks. In this video I’m going to talk you through some of the burnout symptoms or signs you’re struggling with burnout.
