6 Things You Didn’t Know Are Related To Anxiety

According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), anxiety becomes pathological when it begins to greatly impair daily functioning and different aspects of life. And even though information about anxiety is more accessible today than ever, there are still a lot of misconceptions about it. Having manageable anxiety is a big part of having good mental health, but when anxiety gets out of hand, it does often become a really big problem, such as having frequent anxiety attacks.
