5 Signs You Should Consider Therapy

Is your mental health taking time for the worse? Have you been experiencing self destructive thoughts or habits? Do you feel you have no more control over your thoughts? Maybe it’s time to consider trying therapy. Although therapy often has a social stigma, we encourage the Psych2Go community to recognize that therapy can improve life for us all. Psych2Go is a platform to help reduce the stigma associated with mental health problems. Sometimes, to do that, we ourselves have to be willing to take the first step towards therapy ourselves. There are many free resources online and offline out there too if we take the time to look for them.
